Your information is used only to provide your services: scheduling and managing your appointments, tailoring your treatment safely, and sending you appointment-related communications you request (such as booking confirmations and reminders).
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your intake answers are treated as confidential and are visible only to your esthetician.
Text messages
If you provide your phone number, you may receive appointment-related text messages (for example, confirmations or reminders). Message frequency varies with your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help — opting out does not affect your appointments.
Storage & retention
Your information is stored securely with access limited to Skin By Niso. You may request a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
